Onion Soup

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

1000 ml: Stock, Beef Stock (Knorr)

1 Seasoning: Salt, Table

750 g: Onion, Brown (Fresh)

1 Seasoning: Pepper, Corn Black

2 Tsp: Sugar, White Caster

Method

Heat a little water in a saucepan, add the finely chopped onions, cover and fry for 5 mins until the onions become soft and translucent.

Add the boiling beef stock and sugar, boil for 15 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper and serve.
