Main Ingredients
4 Tbsp: Tomato, Chopped (Tinned)
1 Seasoning: Salt, Table
1 Seasoning: Pepper, Corn Black
1 Whole: Egg, Free Range (Organic), Poached
1 Tsp: Vinegar, Cider Apple
1 Seasoning: Lemon, Fresh Juice
4 Handful: Spinach, Leaf (Fresh), Steamed
3 Whole: Sausage, Chipolata Fresh
1 Handful: Broccoli, Fresh Floret
Place the Sausages under a medium grill and cook for 10 minutes (or until cooked), turning regularly.
Add the brocolli in a pan of boiling slightly salted shallow water. Cook for 5 minutes and add the spinach.
Put the tomatoes in a pan over a medium heat and bring a frying pan of water to the boil - add the vinegar
a few minuted befor the sausages are ready, remove the frying pan from the heat and let calm for a few seconds. Add the egg to the pan. Leave for a minute or two for the egg to start firming up and return the pan to the heat until the egg is cooked to your liking.
Serve drizzled with a few drops of lemon juice.
