Main Ingredients
25 g: Butter, Salted
1 Seasoning: Salt, Pink Himalayan Rock Salt
1 Tsp: Pepper, Corn Black, Ground
1 Handful: Bean, French (Fresh), Chopped
1 Seasoning: Lemon, Juice
1 Handful: Cabbage, Savoy (Fresh), Shredded
5 Whole: Broccoli, Fresh Floret, Chopped
Add the vegetables to a pan of salted water and simmer for 10 minutes.
Strain the vegetables through a seive.
Melt the butter in the saucepan, add the pepper and stir in the vegetables. Season to taste with lemon juice, salt and pepper
Serve
