Poached Eggs with Parma Ham

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

1 Seasoning: Pepper, Black Peppercorns, Ground

2 Whole: Egg, Free Range Egg (Organic)

1 Seasoning: Lemon, Lemon Juice (Bottled)

4 Slice: Ham, Parma Ham (Sliced)

Method

Poach the eggs.

Tear up the parma ham and lay onto a plate as a 'bed' for each of the eggs.

Place the cooked eggs on each bed of parma ham and season with black pepper and lemon juice.
