Cheesey Jacket Potato

Main Ingredients
1 Tbsp: Margarine, Margarine (Flora Pro-Active)
5 g: Cheese, Mild Cheddar Cheese, Grated
2 Large: Potato, Potatoes (White)
Method
Scrub potato's, prick several times with a fork and place in a microwave. Cook on High for 10 minutes.
Leave to stand for 10 minutes, slice open, chop up the inside and top with butter and cheese.
