Pork Fillet

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

3 Tbsp: Parsley, Fresh Leaf, Chopped

1 Whole: Chilli, Red (Fresh), Finely Chopped

500 g: Pork, Fillet

1 Whole: Onion, Brown (Fresh), Finely Chopped

4 Whole: Garlic, Clove (Fresh), Crushed

3 Tbsp: Honey, Clear Runny

30 cm: Kitchen Foil, Aluminium Foil (Tin Foil)

Method

Mix all the ingrediants and paint over the pork.

Wrap the pork in foil (shiny side in).

Place in a pre heated (180°c) for 30 mins or until cooked through

Remove from oven and foil. Seer in a frying pan until browned

Slice into medallions and serve
