Main Ingredients
2 Tbsp: Paprika, Powder
1 Tbsp: Chilli, Powder
500 g: Lamb, Steak
0.5 Whole: Onion, Brown (Fresh), Finely Chopped
2 Whole: Garlic, Clove (Fresh), Finely Chopped
Add all spices to pestle and mortar, add copped onion and garlic and pound to form rough paste.
Rub onto lamb and refrigerate for up to 3 hours
Grill on hot Braai, turning frequently until cooked.
