Main Ingredients
2 Tbsp: Paprika, Paprika Powder
1 Tbsp: Chilli, Chilli Powder
500 g: Lamb, Lamb Steak
0.5 Whole: Onion, Brown Onion, Finely chopped
2 Whole: Garlic, Garlic Clove (Fresh), Finely chopped
Add all spices to pestle and mortar, add copped onion and garlic and pound to form rough paste.
Rub onto lamb and refrigerate for up to 3 hours
Grill on hot Braai, turning frequently until cooked.
