Grans Vichyssoise (Leek & Potato)

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

2 Tbsp: Butter, Salted

1000 ml: Stock, Chicken Stock (Knorr)

4 Roll: Bread, Roll, Crusty (White)

900 g: Potato, White, Peeled and Chopped

2 Whole: Leek, Fresh, Chopped

Method

melt butter in large sauce pan and add chopped leeks. Fry for about 5 mins until leeks have softened.

Add 1000ml of chicken stock and stir in chopped petatoes.

Simmer over a low heat for about 1 hour until potatoes are very soft. Pour into a food processor and liquidise

Serve hot or cold Enjoy!
