Main Ingredients
0.5 Cup: Milk, Fresh Full Fat
2 Cup: Water, Tap
1 Whole: Cardamom, Dried, Chopped
0.25 Tbsp: Cinnamon, Ground
0.5 Tbsp: Ginger, Fresh Root, Chopped
Boil the water in a pan.
Add the ginger, cinnamon and cardamom.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the milk, stir well and simmer for 15 minutes to infuse the antioxidant elements.
Strain the tea through a sieve or tea strainer and let cool a little.
Drink the tea.
