Main Ingredients
200 ml: Milk, Fresh Full Fat
1 Pinch: Salt, Table
0.5 Tsp: Cinnamon, Ground
1 Whole: Apple, Cox, Peeled, cored and chopped
100 g: Oat, Porridge
1 Tbsp: Honey, Clear Best Quality
Heat the milk in a saucepan until it starts to boil. Add the oats and cook for 5 minutes or until the milk has been absorbed.
Add the apple and honey to a separate pan and allow to soften and caramelise over a low heat, for a few minutes.
Transfer the porridge to two bowls, add the apple and dust with cinnamon.
